We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Spartan Rehabilitation, an independent physical therapy clinic that provides individualized care to all clients. Our cutting-edge technology, holistic approach, and one-on-one coaching help clients achieve their peak performance. The Receptionist will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, greeting and assisting patients, handling inquiries, and performing administrative duties. This position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and a passion for fitness and wellness
Greet members, guests, and prospective clients with a warm, welcoming attitude.
Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding membership, services, and programs.
Schedule appointments for the patients based on the schedules of the physiotherapists.
Assist in the registration process for new patients and provide facility tours when needed.
Manage patient check-ins and maintain accurate records of patient attendance for insurance and NHRA requirements.
Process payments and claims accurately.
Handle facility-related issues or complaints professionally and escalate to management as needed.
Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and well-stocked with necessary materials (brochures, forms, etc.).
Coordinate with Physiotherapists to ensure smooth daily operations.
Promote a positive and supportive environment for all members and guests.
