About the Role

Our agency is recruiting on behalf of a well-established

beauty salon seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in customer service or front-desk roles, and the ability to manage clients in a fast-paced salon environment.
Candidates with previous experience in beauty salons, spas, or hospitality will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist clients upon arrival Manage appointment bookings, scheduling, and customer inquiries Handle phone calls, messages, and walk-in clients Coordinate with salon staff regarding client schedules Process payments, maintain records, and ensure smooth front-desk operations Maintain a clean and organized reception area Provide excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications:

Must be

currently based in Qatar (required)

Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk staff, or in customer service Experience in a

beauty salon or spa

is a strong advantage Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and customer-oriented attitude Ability to handle bookings, scheduling, and multitasking efficiently Proficient in basic computer and POS systems
