Job Summary:
The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring seamless client service, efficient staff management, and consistent operational excellence. This role is crucial for managing clinic schedules, improving client satisfaction, optimizing team performance, and ensuring profitability through effective sales and inventory tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Appointment & Booking Management
Manage and organize all client bookings and appointment schedules efficiently.
Coordinate with therapists, nurses, and doctors to ensure proper slot allocation.
Monitor appointment flow to reduce wait times and optimize client satisfaction.
2. Client Relationship & Consultation
Act as the primary point of contact for all walk-in and high-value clients.
Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Conduct initial consultations when required and recommend suitable services.
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
3. Staff Management & Scheduling
Prepare and manage weekly duty rosters and shift schedules for clinic staff.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, and shift discipline.
Facilitate team meetings, performance reviews, and training requirements.
Maintain a motivated and productive team environment.
4. Sales & Lead Conversion
Attend client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, or in-person, and convert them into confirmed appointments.
Promote treatment packages, membership plans, and ongoing promotions.
Monitor individual and team sales performance; ensure monthly targets are met.
5. Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for clinic consumables and retail products.
Ensure proper stock in/out entries, avoid wastage and track expiry dates.
Place orders for restocking and liaise with suppliers and vendors when necessary.
6. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Generate employee-wise sales performance and upselling reports.
Conduct inventory usage reports and loss analysis.
Present data-driven insights to management to support decision-making.
7. Operational Oversight
Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure SOPs are followed.
Coordinate with finance and HR teams on payroll, staff attendance, and incentives.
Ensure clinic cleanliness, hygiene, and ambience are always up to standard.
Manage service-related issues promptly and proactively.
8. Compliance & Customer Safety
Ensure that the clinic adheres to local health regulations and licensing requirements.
Enforce proper documentation, client consent forms, and treatment records.
Monitor quality assurance and hygiene practices within the clinic.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in clinic or wellness center management (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficient in using CRM/booking software, Excel, and basic accounting/reporting tools.
Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving abilities.
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
