We are seeking a confident, customer-focused

Receptionist

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will represent the clinic with professionalism and warmth, ensuring that every client receives exceptional service while promoting our aesthetic and medical treatments. This role combines front desk and sales responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for client care.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome clients warmly and ensure an exceptional experience from the first visit onward. Promote and sell the clinic's range of aesthetic and medical services to new and existing clients. Handle inquiries and bookings across all communication channels, including walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, and online. Convert consultations into confirmed treatments through professional presentation and personalized care. Maintain strong product knowledge of all services offered. Build and nurture long-term relationships to encourage client loyalty and referrals. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. Ensure smooth coordination between clients, doctors, and clinic teams. Maintain accurate and confidential records through the clinic's CRM system. Assist in marketing activities, campaigns, and client engagement initiatives. Manage patient registration, consultation scheduling, and follow-up communications. Support the clinic's daily operations and perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in sales, front desk, or customer service--preferably within an

aesthetic, medical, or luxury service environment

. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and polished demeanor. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Well-organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

and CRM/booking systems.

Fluent in English

(spoken and written).
