Responsible for answering calls, directing calls to appropriate staff, mail distribution and providing additional clerical support.
Greet visitors and customers and notifies department / office staff of arrivals.
Assists visitor and customers with general questions such as who to contact, office hours, releasing basic account/status information, and responds to routine questions regarding the office/ program/ department which they are in.
Operates and manages multi-line telephones and routes incoming phone calls.
Makes reservations such as travel arrangements or lunch reservations as necessary.
Keeps the front office area and any public areas in neat and orderly condition.
Receive incoming courier packages and prepare outgoing packages.
Process daily outgoing mail using postage machine and retrieve incoming mail from post office including opening, stamping and sorting.
Answers incoming calls within three rings, positively and warmly.
Offers coffee or other refreshments to clients or visitors who are waiting to visit agency staff.
Performs other tasks and duties as requested or required.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be Bachelors Degree holder
Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
Preferably Female with Qatar ID and NOC
Salary: QAR3,000.00 per month Language:
