Job Description

o As Receptionist - Responsible for greeting customers/clients - Answer calls and scheduling appointments to the clients accurately - Handling cash, credit transactions with customers - Issue change, receipts and refunds - Educate customer regarding products, promotions, and sell the customer - Resolve customers complaints, guide them and provide relevant information - Responding to the clients questions and queries - Responsible for ensuring the clean and organized workspace - Delivering excellent communication and administration service - Supervising staff and new employees Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
  • receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Arabic (Preferred)
