Job Summary: Looking for experienced and dedicated Receptionist in Ajman, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing and taking notes
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The ideal candidate for Receptionist must have relevant qualifications for this role
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Should have Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Must be Fluency in the English
  • Active listening and effective communication skills
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Must be flexible
  • The ideal applicant should have at least seven years of experience within the same field
