Job Summary: Looking for a Receptionist in Ajman, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Welcome and greet visitors or clients as soon as they get to the office and provide them with the necessary assistance
  • Carry out clerical duties for example filing, photocopying etc based on the given instructions
  • Attend to all incoming telephone calls as well as other correspondence
  • Maintain cleanness at the reception area
  • Maintain office security at all times
  • Carry out any other related assigned duty
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The ideal candidate must be any graduate or Diploma holder
  • At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizing and customer service skills
  • Must have a positive attitude and able to interact well with the clients
  • Only female candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Must be smart and good looking
