Job Description

Possess exceptional time management, customer relations and communication skills. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handled telephone enquiries and prioritized urgent calls.
  • Scheduled and arranged meetings and parties, prepared and distributed meeting materials.
  • Maintained files in accordance with departmental policies and guidelines.
  • Ensured excellent customer satisfaction and safety.
  • Coordinated management calendar scheduling and managed driver schedules.
  • Maintained high level of contact with all vendors.
  • Established positive working relationships with all levels of organizations (internal and external).
  • Composed and drafted all outgoing correspondence and reports for managers.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Minimum of 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
