The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of tasks ranging from answering phone calls and emails to scheduling appointments and assisting with administrative duties as needed. Responsibilities:
Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner, redirecting messages as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with staff members and clients as required.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Emirati national with family book.
A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree.
1-2 Years of experience as PRO / Admin / HR
In-depth knowledge of UAE laws and procedures.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual in English and Arabic.
