The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of tasks ranging from answering phone calls and emails to scheduling appointments and assisting with administrative duties as needed. Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner, redirecting messages as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with staff members and clients as required.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Emirati national with family book.
  • A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree.
  • 1-2 Years of experience as PRO / Admin / HR
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE laws and procedures.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual in English and Arabic.
