The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing front-desk support and administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily office operations. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers and plays a key role in maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Desk
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Administrative Support
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
Maintain office records and update databases
Assist with reports, correspondence, and internal communications
Office Management
Order and manage office supplies
Coordinate meeting rooms and office resources
Support HR, finance, or management with administrative tasks as needed
Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (additional administrative certification is a plus)
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Languages: Arabic - English
