Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
Administrative Support
Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining digital and paper records
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and basic documentation
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate communication between departments
Support HR with onboarding tasks (forms, ID badges, etc.) when needed
Maintain office supplies and ensure front office area stays clean and organized
Qualifications
Previous receptionist or administrative experience required.
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient with
