Job Summary: Looking for a Receptionist/ Admin Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Welcome and provide necessary assistance to all visitors or clients
  • Offer general information to visitors as may be required
  • Respond to phones calls in a professional manner
  • Place orders for office supplies and maintain inventory of stock
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with filing of documents
  • Provide outstanding services to the visitors of clients
  • Undertake any other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Applicants must have practical experience in the same field
  • Must be self motivated, confident with a positive attitude
  • Good organizational and planning skills required
  • Must be computer literate
  • Should be very smart and presentable
  • Any gender can apply
  • Filipino candidates are required
