We are currently seeking a professional and courteous Female Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and representing our company in a positive manner. Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and forward calls to the appropriate staff member.
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
Professional appearance and demeanor
