Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including phones, computers etc.
Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Maintaining daily visitors log and other documents
Courier log & database
Maintains security and telecommunications system.
Procurement & allocation of building access cards
Assistance to building emergency management
Coordination with site security team & supervisors

Requirements
High School Completion / Diploma
5 to 10 years experience in a similar role
Computer & MS Office Proficiency
