Hiring a Receptionist for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors at front desk.
  • Ensure reception and common area in clean and tidy manner at all times.
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Arrange meeting room assignment, set up for office event/ meeting.
  • Assist in printing documents, preparing drinks and other tasks as required.
  • Set up audio/ video conference arrangement.
  • Assisting admin task assign by the Office Administrator.
Key Requirements:
  • High school Diploma.
  • One to two years experience as a Receptionist.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Calendar and video conferencing software.
  • Excellent customer service attitude and professional telephone manner.
