Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Manage reservations, room allocations, and billing
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
Coordinate with housekeeping, bell desk, and other departments
Maintain accurate guest records and front office documentation
Ensure high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction at all times
Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist in a hotel
Experience in 3-star / 4-star / 5-star hotels preferred
Strong communication skills in
English & Arabic
Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and customer-oriented attitude
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
