We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide basic administrative and IT support. The role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking ability and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet Visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, email, and general inquiries; redirect or provide accurate information as required.
Maintain visitor logs.
Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming reception area.
Assisting with administrative tasks and vendor coordination.
Provide basic IT support and maintain IT inventory.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 to 2 years of UAE experience as a receptionist/ admin role. (Customer Support / IT support experience is an added advantage)
Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.
Attention to detail and maintain confidentiality.
Highly accountable and takes ownership of responsibilities.
