Hiring for Receptionist in Qatar




Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of proven experience

as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or Administrative Assistant.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or associate's degree is a plus.

Communication:

Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

with a professional telephone manner.

Technical Proficiency:

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with booking/scheduling software is beneficial.

Organizational Skills:

Exceptional

organizational skills

, ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail.

Professionalism:

A consistent professional appearance and attitude.

Proactivity:

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.





Duration - 20-December-2025 to 15-January-2026


Working only on Friday & Saturday (Only 7 Working days)




Working hours 9 hours including 1 hour break


Work Timing- 1:00 PM to 10.00 PM
