Front Desk Operations:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate contacts.
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
Assist in the preparation and organization of documents and presentations.
Media Background Expertise:
Leverage your knowledge of the media industry to handle media-related inquiries and tasks.
Assist with media monitoring and reporting.
Office Management:
Order and maintain office supplies.
Assist in the coordination of office events and activities.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a reception/administrative role, with a focus on the media industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
