Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Reception Supervisor

to join our automotive workshop. In this role, you will lead the front desk operations, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and act as the key link between customers, technicians, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily reception and customer service activities at the garage. Greet customers professionally and ensure a positive first impression. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a courteous manner. Ensure service appointments are scheduled and confirmed accurately. Oversee creation, accuracy, and closure of job cards/work orders. Ensure customer concerns are clearly documented and communicated to technicians. Verify estimates, approvals, invoices, and service reports. Maintain proper filing of service records and customer data. Supervise and train service advisors. Coordinate between customers, workshop technicians, parts department, and management Monitor service progress and update customers on repair status Ensure timely delivery of vehicles as promised Support smooth workflow and minimize service delays Promote service packages, maintenance plans, and value-added services Ensure service recommendations are communicated clearly to customers Track customer feedback and contribute to customer retention strategies Prepare daily and weekly reception and service reports Monitor customer wait times and service efficiency Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and data protection policies

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred) 4 to 6 years of experience in automotive service reception or customer service Previous supervisory or team-leading experience preferred Strong knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
