Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
Maintain accurate patient records and update personal and insurance information
Coordinate with dental assistants and doctors to ensure smooth patient flow
Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly
Explain treatment plans and payment options to patients clearly
Process payments and manage billing or insurance claims as needed
Follow up with patients for recalls, pending treatments, or post-treatment support
Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times
Respect patient confidentiality and adhere to all clinic policies and procedures
Support the administrative team with additional tasks as required
