We are looking for a
smart, professional Arabic-speaking lady
(age between25-30 years
) to join our team asReception cum Marketing Executive
. The ideal candidate should be fluent in bothArabic and English
, with excellent skills inreading, writing, and speaking
. She will be the face of our organization, responsible for front desk operations and supporting basic marketing activities.Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in both Arabic and English. Maintain records, appointment schedules, and documentation. Support marketing tasks such as social media updates, client communication, and event coordination. Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow. Represent the company professionally in verbal and written communication.
Candidate Requirements:
Female candidate
aged between 21-30 years
.Fluent in Arabic and English
-spoken, written, and reading
. Preferred to be onown visa
that islegally permitted to work in the UAE
. Must be available forimmediate joining
. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, social media handling). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Presentable and professional with a positive attitude.What We Offer:
