Manage full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and compliance.
Act as the company's PRO, handling all government-related documentation and submissions (e.g., visa applications, labor cards, Emirates ID, medical tests).
Coordinate with Tasheel, Ministry of Labour, Immigration, and other UAE government departments.
Draft and translate official documents and letters in Arabic and English.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and government regulations.
Maintain and update employee files, visa expiry dates, and related records.
Requirements:
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(written and spoken).
Proven experience in both
HR and PRO roles
within the
Tasheel industry
.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and government procedures.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must be available to join immediately.
