Job Description

Customer Greetings: Welcome guests with a smile and direct them to available tables or inform them of their wait times.

Reservations Management: Handle phone and in-person reservations and update waiting lists.

Customer Service: Answer inquiries, resolve minor issues, and provide assistance to customers.

Coordination: Liaise with the kitchen and waitstaff to organize seating arrangements and accommodate special requests.

Maintenance and Order: Ensure the reception area and entrances are clean and tidy.

Minor Administrative Tasks: Answer calls and receive correspondence.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Politeness, courtesy, and a presentable appearance.

Ability to work under pressure and handle busy times.

Multitasking and organizational skills.

Problem-solving skills.

Calm and attentive listening skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?4,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
