Searching for an opportunity that just adds up? We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a new Receiving/Store Clerk.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you\xe2\x80\x99ll mostly be:
- Receives all food and beverage merchandise.
- Weighs and checks all items received to see that the proper amount ordered has been received.
- Inspects all merchandise as to quality to ensure that it corresponds to specifications.
- Checks prices charged on invoices with market a quotation sheet.
- Extends and adds all invoices and checks for accuracy.
- Signs all invoices as received after being checked for additions and extensions.
- When all invoices are recorded for the day, the receiving report is added and totaled.
- The Receiving Report as well as the corresponding tapes are forwarded to the F&B Controller/Cost Controller/CA.
- Assists the F&B Controller/Cost Controller/CA with daily paperwork, inventory taking and other duties assigned to him by the F&B Controller/Cost Controller/CA.
- The following records should be kept by the F&B Receiving Clerk:
- Copies of the F&B receiving sheets for a period of 13 months
- Food market quotation listings for a period of 13 months
- Copies of error corrections for a period of 3 months.
What We need from you:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Accounting or Finance
- 1-2 Years work-related experience.
- Resort experience is an advantage
- System Knowledge: Good knowledge of the relevant IHG systems
- Must speak English
