We are seeking an organized and efficient Receiving Officer to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring the accurate and timely receipt of incoming shipments.

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Verify and document received items against purchase orders and packing slips Enter data into inventory management systems and maintain accurate records Organize and store received items in designated areas of the warehouse Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of materials Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, when necessary Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconciliations Report discrepancies or issues to management promptly Maintain a clean and organized receiving area Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures


Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or warehouse operations Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Strong data entry and record-keeping skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures Familiarity with supply chain operations Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) regularly Forklift certification preferred Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings
