Receivable Executive - Umm Al Quwain Accounts & Finance
Our client a leading manufacturing industry is looking to hire Receivable Executive for Umm Al Quwain location.
: * Daily Chasing of Customers for payments by Call and Email.
Qualification : Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting and Finance
Experience : Minimum 5 Year of Experience in Similar role . Preferred candidate with UAE Driving License
Salary : 5K To 6K depends on experience Including Transport & Accommodation

Our client a leading manufacturing industry is looking to hire Receivable Executive for Umm Al Quwain location.
: * Daily Chasing of Customers for payments by Call and Email.
- Sending SOA to the Customers
- Reconciling the Customers accounts
- Accounting of funds received through bank transfer
- CDC And PDC Cheques accounting after receiving from customers
- CDC And PDC Cheques accounting after deposits
- Accounting and Handling over the Cash and Cheques received for the day for safekeeping and deposit
- Posting Entry for all payments received ( Bank Transfer, Cash, PDC, CDC Cheques)
- Prepares and sending Daily Collection Report and send to the management
- Prepares and sending Daily Cash Outstanding Report and send to the management
- Preparing reports for Weekly Debtors Review Meeting
- Prepares Monthly Target Report
- Sending customers for signed and stamped Balance Confirmations
- Checking and attending of emails daily and sending all the required and requested documents by the customers as well as Sales man and Others.
- Monitoring of Cheques for Collection and arranging for collection
- Filling and record keeping of documents
- Task assigned by line manager
Qualification : Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting and Finance
Experience : Minimum 5 Year of Experience in Similar role . Preferred candidate with UAE Driving License
Salary : 5K To 6K depends on experience Including Transport & Accommodation
