Role Overview

As a

Realtor - International Clients (Chinese Speaker)

, you will play a key role in supporting and expanding our Chinese?speaking client network. You will guide international buyers and investors through property purchases, sales, and investment opportunities while providing culturally aligned communication and world?class service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Chinese?speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and transactions. Provide expert advice on property options, pricing, market trends, and investment strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, sellers, and investors. Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach to Chinese?speaking markets. Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate market, new launches, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate client records and manage a structured sales pipeline. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient client service. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills

Fluency in

Mandarin Chinese

is required; English is essential. Proven experience in real estate sales or strong interest in the industry. Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Professional, proactive, and client?focused approach. Self?motivated, target?driven, and able to work independently. UAE driving license preferred.
