Role Overview:

We're looking for a driven and passionate

Property Consultant

to join our Dubai team. You'll be the face of the company -- helping clients find their dream homes, maximize investment returns, and navigate the property market with confidence and clarity.

What You'll Do:

Manage client inquiries and provide expert advice on buying, selling, or renting properties in Dubai and the wider GCC region Generate new leads through networking, digital platforms, and referrals Conduct property viewings and negotiate successful deals Stay on top of market trends, area developments, and competitor activities Maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-ups Collaborate with the marketing and listings team to promote exclusive properties Guide clients through legal paperwork, RERA processes, and property handovers

What You Bring:

Experience in Dubai real estate is preferred (1-3 years minimum) Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills A results-driven mindset with a hunger to grow Knowledge of off-plan, ready, and secondary market properties RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it) Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus) UAE driver's license and car preferred
