Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a small commercial building in Al Ain. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Al Ain's property management market, rental procedures, and related real estate contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage property operations including leasing, tenant relations, rent follow-ups, and maintenance coordination Handle property documentation, tenancy contracts, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Oversee rent collection and proper tracking of payments Conduct property marketing, negotiations, and tenant acquisition Prepare and review reports related to property performance and occupancy status Maintain effective communication with tenants and management in both Arabic and English

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of the Al Ain property market and experience in real estate and property management Valid UAE driving license Native or fluent Arabic speaker (Essential) Good command of English for business communication Knowledge of rent management processes and property operations Negotiation and marketing skills are required The candidate must be located in Al Ain or willing to relocate Eligible for employment visa or can work under an existing visa (part-time considered) Able to join immediately or within a maximum of one (1) month

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: AED 3,000 - AED 6,000 (depending on experience) Incentives based on performance
