Key Skills & Qualifications:

Professional Experience:

Proven track record of video editing and production, preferably within the real estate industry, with a solid understanding of the UAE market and its visual aesthetics.

Technical Expertise:

Strong proficiency in industry-standard video editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom), Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and others.

Creative Storytelling:

Ability to develop engaging narratives and create captivating visual experiences for diverse audiences.

Camera Proficiency:

Extensive experience operating DSLR & digital video cameras, drones, sound equipment, and gimbals for smooth, cinematic footage.

Advanced Post-Production Skills:

Expertise in color correction, sound design, special effects, and graphics to enhance video quality.

Bilingual Communication:

Proficiency in both

English and Russian

is essential for clear communication across multiple markets and client segments.

Attention to Detail:

Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and framing in both photography and videography, ensuring that every shot contributes to the overall narrative.
