Job Description

Property Gulf (PGI Real Estate Brokerage L.L.C.), a leading real estate brokerage in Dubai, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Male Russian/English Speaker Sales Representative who is fluent in Russian and English. The ideal candidate should have a background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build client relationships. This role requires a proactive professional who can engage with clients, drive sales, and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential buyers, sellers, and investors to understand their property needs. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and consultations with clients. Offer professional advice on real estate investments, sales, and rental opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a smooth transaction process. Working with the marketing team to convert leads into successful property transactions. Stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends, legal requirements, and market developments. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements

Fluent in Russian and English (Mandatory) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai. Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple client portfolios. Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate developers, property laws, and market trends. Must be based in Dubai and available for in-person meetings and property tours.
