As we continue to scale, we are seeking a

part-time videographer and content creator

who understands the power of media in building a real estate brand and converting attention into value.

About the Role:

This is not just a technical role -- it's a creative partnership. We're looking for someone who brings both

cinematic vision

and

social media fluency

, with the ability to craft content that tells stories, showcases high-end properties, and supports agent branding across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Film cinematic

property walkthroughs, agent content, lifestyle footage, and behind-the-scenes videos

Create high-conversion

short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Collaborate with the CEO and marketing team to

plan, storyboard, and execute shoots

Assist in developing a

signature content style

that aligns with our brand positioning Be available for

on-site shoots

across various Dubai communities, including launches and live events
Requirements:

Strong understanding of

framing, lighting, and audio for real estate content

Must have own equipment (DSLR or mirrorless camera, gimbal, mic preferred) Strong editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent) Creative thinker who can contribute ideas, not just execute them Real estate content experience preferred but not required
