Manage end-to-end property transaction processes including sales, leasing, and ownership transfers.
Handle project registration procedures through the Dubai Land Department (DLD) online portals (e.g. Oqood, Tittle Deed, REST app).
Coordinate with clients, developers, and government authorities to ensure smooth property registrations.
Prepare and verify legal documents such as title deeds, MOU agreements, SPA and NOCs.
Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and DLD regulations.
Track and report the status of property transfers and registrations in internal systems.
Assist clients in understanding and completing required DLD procedures and documentation.
Qualifications:
4-5 years experience in Real Estate Developer as a Transaction Officer.
Knowledgeable in DLD Portal
