to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for our sales and property consultant teams. The Trainer will be responsible for enhancing the knowledge, skills, and performance of our real estate professionals through structured learning, coaching, and continuous development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on real estate sales, property laws, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new joiners, ensuring they are equipped with essential industry and company knowledge.
Design training materials, presentations, manuals, and online modules.
Coach and mentor real estate agents to improve performance and meet sales targets.
Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends, RERA guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and recommend training solutions.
Organize workshops, role-play sessions, and practical field training.
Maintain training records and provide regular progress reports to management.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
