Job Description
Relocruitment are partnered with a leading Real Estate and Property Broking firm based in Dubai in order to help them expand their ever-growing team. Having moved into new offices in 2021, this is an exciting time to be joining the team. The company is tied up with the biggest developers in the region allowing them to bring their clients the latest and most attractive properties coupled with latest real estate reports and research to measure the return on investment. They are hiring Telesales Executives, preferably with 1-2 years of real estate experience.
Duties:
- Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow up calls or cold calls.
- Ability to convince clients with good knowledge of overall UAE, Real Estate Market
- Assist and support a team of Real Estate Agents in capturing new business
- Calling to property owners to avail updated listings for sales and leasing
- Analyse and investigating price, demand, and competition. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies. Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information.
- Sourcing and collaborating with other agencies/property management companies to receive regular listings of properties and advertising them through our portals
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Real Estate experience
- Strong spoken and written English
