Job Description
We are currently hiring dynamic TELECALLER who could join us immediately and become part of one of the most prestigious and well-established Real Estate agencies in Dubai. Job Role and Responsibilities -
- Studying the details of each property, location, types, offer, rent and sale option
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals\' contact details.
- Calling active owner/tenants to encourage their property for listing, rental and sales
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our broker/sales team for closing. * Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others\' dispositions. Requirement -
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
- Minimum 1 Years experience in Real Estate in Pre sales is mandatory.
- Fluent in English and Hindi with strong verbal communication
- Should be able to work with a Team. * Only Female Candidate.
- Available to join immediately.
