We are STAQ Properties Real Estate agency located in Dubai - Business Bay. Our team is looking for talented and ambitious real estate agents specializing in SECONDARY MARKET to work in our company. If this is you, welcome to our team!
Your responsibilities will be:
Minimum of 6 months of Real Estate calling experience in Dubai. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales manager. Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power. Maintain a detailed database of customer information and call history. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets. Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies. Studying the details of each property, location, types, offer, rent and sale option. Obtaining and updating lists of clients contact details. Cold calls as per target defined. Reaching monthly meeting targets.
The conditions will be the following:
