Your responsibilities will be:
Minimum of 6 months of Real Estate calling experience in Dubai.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales manager.
Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
Maintain a detailed database of customer information and call history.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
Studying the details of each property, location, types, offer, rent and sale option.
Obtaining and updating lists of clients contact details.
Cold calls as per target defined.
Reaching monthly meeting targets.
The conditions will be the following:
Competitive Salary.
Incentives on number of meetings generated in a month.
Attractive commission structure.
The commission is paid immediately once received.
