will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day brokerage operations, managing and developing a team of brokers/agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role requires a blend of
leadership, market expertise, and business development skills
to strengthen client relationships and expand the company's market share.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management
Recruit, train, and mentor brokers and agents.
Set clear performance objectives and monitor KPIs.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training initiatives.
2. Business Development
Design and execute strategies to increase listings and transactions.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
Lead marketing efforts to promote the company's brand and property portfolio.
3. Operations & Compliance
Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and RERA regulations.
Maintain accurate records of listings, sales, and client communications.
Oversee contracts, agreements, and other documentation for accuracy.
4. Market Analysis & Strategy
Track market trends, competitor activity, and client preferences.
Provide insights and reports to support management's strategic decisions.
Adapt sales and marketing strategies to align with market shifts.
5. Client Relations
Oversee client issue resolution to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of real estate experience
, including
2+ years in a managerial role within a UAE brokerage
.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing market share.
In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws, procedures, and documentation.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
