We are currently looking for a Team Leader, Russian speaker with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a team leader in real estate.
- Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching.
- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
