Nine Star Properties is expanding and we're looking for a
Real Estate Talent & Operations Coordinator
to play a key role in building, supporting, and coordinating our commission-based sales team. This position is ideal for someone who understands real estate, recruitment, and agent coordination -- and enjoys working closely with leadership.
What This Role Involves
Attracting, screening, and onboarding commission-only real estate agents
Managing agent coordination, including pipeline updates, lead activity, and closures
Acting as the communication bridge between agents and management
Supporting leadership with performance updates and operational follow-ups
Ensuring smooth coordination across recruitment, onboarding, and daily operations
Who We're Looking For
Experience in recruitment, real estate coordination, or sales operations
Strong understanding of commission-driven sales roles
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment
