Nadia\'s client a real estate property in Abu Dhabi is looking for a highly capable Real Estate Supervisor to ensure that the property and related finances are optimally managed.

Real Estate Supervisor Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Managing the purchase, sale, rental, or development of properties.

\xc2\xb7 Monitoring real estate income and expenditure, as well as collecting payments.

\xc2\xb7 Determining rental income and negotiating lease agreements.

\xc2\xb7 Authorizing maintenance, repair, equipment, and supply expenditure.

\xc2\xb7 Negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.

\xc2\xb7 Overseeing maintenance workers, cleaning crews, contractors, and groundskeepers.

\xc2\xb7 Keeping owners informed on taxes, occupancy rates, and lease expiration dates.

\xc2\xb7 Resolving complaints from residents and tenants.

\xc2\xb7 Preparing financial statements and records.

\xc2\xb7 Reporting to real estate owners and investors on a regular basis.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or project management.

\xc2\xb7 A minimum of two years\' experience in a project management, real estate, or a similar role.

\xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of property maintenance and procurement of vendors and suppliers.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to resolve resident and tenant complaints, as well as to supervise workers and contractors.

\xc2\xb7 Extensive experience in managing property purchases, sales, rentals, and development.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in real estate management software, like (any particular software client needs)
