PLEASE SPECIFY WHICH POSITION YOURE APPLYING Albatross Properties looking for a Telecaller - Real Estate Agent, Accountant and Sales Manager to boost our sales by communicating with current and possible customers/clients. A candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and suggest a probable product or service. To be able to provide the best experience, you must know how to convince the toughest of the client to purchase our offering. TELECALLING STAFF 3 Available position: 1 staff - Excellent in English Language 1 staff - Arabic Speaker 1 staff - Both good in Arabic and English Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Keeping oneself updated about the recent upgrades and projects of the company. 2. Responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our offers and fix meeting for sales team. 3. Responsible for calling customers & answering their queries related to the product/services. 4. Contact potential and existing customers to explain the product & services offered. 5. Keep records of calls & inquiries and note useful information. 6. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their real estate requirement. 7. Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program. 8. Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates? schedules. SALES MANGER Organise, direct and manage the sales and leasing activities to achieve agreed revenue targets within budgeted costs. Motivate the team, maintain office decorum, develop and implement leasing and sales procedures and report to the Director of Sales. Manage and direct the daily activities of the leasing team in achieving the leasing goals set by the Director of Sales and Leasing.
Ensure through continual training and counselling so that the team provides the highest calibre of service to the potential customers
Make all efforts to keep up to date with the market trends, upcoming property developments, average prices of various freehold areas and maintain appropriate records of the same.
Ensure that the composition of the team is optimised and that all members are performing at peak.
Represent the sales and leasing function?s views and needs in the ongoing development of overall company policy and contribute in the preparation of the annual departmental budget and marketing plan.
Create reward programs and events that will stimulate staff motivation and performance monitor the daily performance of the team, the marketing efforts and to report on the performance of both in relation to achieving the established revenue targets.
Ensure that all members of the sales and leasing force are properly trained and motivated to achieve the company?s revenue targets.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with customer to facilitate business and address any customer complaint.
Review the collections situation to ensure collections are made as per plan and take corrective measures in case of delays.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive reporting system for all sales and leasing achieved and to ensure that frequent and accurate reports are made to the Director of Sales. QUALIFICATION

ACCOUNTANT We are looking for a qualified chartered NON-ARABIC accountant with experience in Real Estate industry. RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Create journal entries and post them to the general ledger (GL) to track all income statements and expenses
  • Handle all accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate
  • Reconcile all business accounts to ensure our records match up and no transaction gets lost
  • Enter financial data into computer software, making sure all bills and invoices are filed correctly
  • Facilitate all incoming payments and outgoing checks, including printing, obtaining signatures for, and distributing checks as necessary
  • Follow up with vendors for accounts payable and keep in touch as needed for collections and ensure bills are paid on time
  • Prepare for quarterly reporting using standard best practices and assist in monthly closings
  • Assist the real estate team or other staff accountants with other accounting duties as needed
  • Prepare Sales Reports, Expenses Reports and other reports as requested
  • Flexible and positive driven personality
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Real Estate Industry accounting experience or property accounting preferred
  • Experience in real estate industry preferred
  • NON-ARABIC
  • Strong Microsoft office skills (excel, word, etc.)
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
  • Possess ability to communicate effectively and objectively with peers and management
  • Must be a Team Player in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
