IIQAF is seeking an experienced Real Estate Staff member to join our team. The successful candidate will work both remotely and in-office and will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks associated with the real estate business.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and other real estate personnel
- Responding to inquiries from prospective buyers and sellers
- Handling the marketing and distribution of promotional materials
- Coordinating deadlines and keeping up to date on market trends
- Creating offers, contracts, and other documents
- Maintaining accurate records of real estate transactions
- Assisting with the negotiation of contracts
- Updating records of the MLS and other listing tools
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate, preferably working in residential sales
- Proficient in MS Office and willing to learn other relevant software
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
