Broker Engagement & Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with brokers operating in key areas such as Dubai to Sharjah.New Property Acquisition:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential properties that align with our portfolio standards through broker referrals.Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Collaborate with brokers and property owners to negotiate and finalize property management agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.Strategic Alliances:
Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with leading real estate brokerages to secure a consistent pipeline of quality listings.Market Awareness:
Stay current with Dubai's real estate trends, seasonal rental demand shifts, and competitive landscape to leverage emerging opportunities.Performance Monitoring:
Maintain a structured database of leads and consistently track engagement, conversion, and deal closure metrics.Commission:
High Commission splits up to 50% above.Incentive :
Quarterly incentives and bonuses and performances base cash prizes and rewards.Property Access :
Luxury property Inventory and access to premium units from top developers.Work Environment :
