Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the UAE property market, and the ability to guide clients through the full real estate cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients and provide professional guidance throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process.
Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations.
Develop a strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, including residential and investment opportunities.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Prepare and present property listings, proposals, and market updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and property promotions.
Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company standards.
Qualifications
Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
RERA or similar real estate certification is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
