Key Responsibilities
Provide
expert consultation
to clients onbuying, selling, and renting properties
. Conductmarket research and analysis
to offer strategic investment advice. Build and maintain strong relationships withbuyers, sellers, and investors
. Stay updated onAbu Dhabi's real estate market trends
, laws, and regulations. Develop and implementmarketing strategies
to promote property listings. Prepare and manage alltransaction documentation

to access exclusive listings.Qualifications
Valid UAE real estate license
. Proven experience inreal estate consulting
, preferably in Abu Dhabi. Stronganalytical and negotiation skills
with a track record of successful deals. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal abilities
. Comprehensive knowledge ofUAE property laws
and the local market.Fluency in English
is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.Bachelor's degree
