The
Real Estate Specialist
will play a vital role in advising clients on property investments, sales, and leasing. This position requires a strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering unparalleled service in Abu Dhabi's dynamic real estate sector.Key Responsibilities:
Identify prime real estate opportunities
aligned with client needs and investment strategies. Provide expert insights onmarket trends, property values, and investment returns
. Conductviewings, negotiations, and deal closures
for residential and commercial properties. Maintain and expand relationships withclients, developers, and investors
. Stay informed onAbu Dhabi's real estate laws, policies, and government regulations
.Market properties effectively
, leveraging online platforms and social media. Ensure thesmooth execution of contracts, lease agreements, and documentation
. Collaborate with financial institutions to assist clients withmortgage and financing options
.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).Proven experience
in the Abu Dhabi real estate market. Strongnegotiation and closing
skills. Exceptionalcustomer service
and relationship-building abilities.Knowledge of UAE property laws and licensing requirements
. Proficiency inCRM systems and digital marketing tools
.RERA certification
or UAE Real Estate License (preferred). Fluent inEnglish; Arabic proficiency is a plus
